About
I'm a Senior Product Designer and UX/UI designer who designs complex digital products and makes them clear, usable and buildable.
Over 10+ years I've designed enterprise SaaS platforms, compliance systems, operational software, medical device interfaces and e-commerce products for clients in Sweden, Switzerland and the USA.
I work remotely from Subotica, Serbia. Figma is my main design tool, and I also build: with Claude, React and Supabase I take products from research to a working build, which helps me design things engineers can actually ship.
I work in Serbian, Hungarian and English.

EVERTRUST
TrustView
Enterprise privacy & compliance SaaS
Redesigned complex, multi-user compliance assessments for an enterprise platform covering GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA and the AI Act.
Problem: Assessments involved many people, phases, permissions and outputs, and users could not easily tell what phase an assessment was in, who was responsible, or what came next.
Approach: Turned the workflow into a five-phase lifecycle — Setting up, Collect, Analysis, Review, Completed — with a three-step setup wizard, separate reviewer approval, a locked final state and clearer status language (Not started → Pending, Received → Sent) after internal usability testing.
Outcome: A clearer, more structured assessment workflow, extended into template management, Smart Inventories and navigation.

VodaBistra
Home water-filtration e-commerce for Serbia (formerly VodaNatura)
From research to a working e-commerce product in 11 days — catalogue, cart, checkout, order emails and admin — designed and built by one person with AI.
Problem: Water filtration is a technical category. Customers need help choosing and clear trust signals, while a partner controls stock, delivery and payment.
Approach: Personas and journey maps led to two paths, "I know what I need" and a guided filter finder (426 answer paths tested), sharing one checkout. A bundle built from partner parts filled the price gap between entry and mid-range systems. Cash on delivery is shown at every decision point, and no shipping price is shown until it can be calculated reliably.
Outcome: Working shop with 116 product pages and 15 categories from real catalogue data, a two-factor admin and a shared Figma + Storybook design system. Pre-launch — no sales numbers claimed yet.

Pricing and quoting system for a PVC windows maker
Turned a local manufacturer's spreadsheets and website into one pricing system: a public price calculator, an internal quote tool and a faster site in 3 languages.
Problem: The company priced windows in three Excel files, and the website's calculator used an outdated price table, so online prices were 8–10% below real cost.
Approach: Turned the three Excel price lists into one formula that matches all 1,566 prices (100%) and corrected 4 errors in the source files. Designed an internal calculator and quote tool for 4 user roles, with server-side pricing that keeps costs and margins private. Tested with staff and resolved 9 of 12 findings the same day.
Outcome: Correct online prices, quotes exported to print and Excel, and 90% lighter images (23.6 MB → 2.2 MB) after moving the site from Bolt.new to React, TypeScript, Supabase and Cloudflare. The site has already brought in a real customer.

QUIPA
Quipa
Workroom management SaaS
Defined the product structure of a SaaS platform for drapery and upholstery workrooms.
Problem: Workrooms needed one system for projects, materials, clients, suppliers and invoicing instead of disconnected tools.
Approach: Joined at an early stage, defined how projects, items and materials, clients and suppliers connect, designed the cross-module workflows, and designed the QuickBooks Online integration for invoice export and accounting sync.
Outcome: One connected operational system with integrated invoicing.

ERNST & YOUNG
Maestro
Enterprise Engagement Management Platform
Improved workflows within an enterprise system used by EY teams to manage engagement data and operational reporting across multiple internal systems.
Problem: Teams needed to capture and reuse engagement data across multiple reporting cycles, but the workflows were complex and inefficient.
Approach: Analyzed the existing system architecture, refined reporting workflows, and collaborated with Orion Innovation and EY product teams.
Outcome: Allowed teams to capture data once and reuse it across reporting cycles, improving operational efficiency.

NORTH AMERICAN MEDICAL
IDD Therapy
On-device interface for the Accu-SPINA spinal decompression system
Redesigned the software interface for a medical device used by clinicians to perform non-surgical spinal decompression therapy.
Problem: The existing machine control interface was extremely basic and difficult to use, creating challenges for clinicians during treatment.
Approach: Redesigned the interface with focus on usability, simplified controls and interaction patterns while working within technical constraints.
Outcome: Improved treatment setup and session monitoring usability for medical professionals operating the system.
